  • the playground rubber is in good condition.
    • little to no lose granules means that it is likely at full installation thickness
    • there is no obvious hardening.
    • slight fading.  given it's age and sun exposure, this is to be expected.  After sealing, the color looks almost new
  • the playground components are in good shape
    • the 12 year old playground is in great shape except a little wear and tear on the rope climber.  the decks have also faded a little but are still fine.

  • no additional maintenance required

recommendations:  within next 2 years
  • watch out for tree limbs.  they are a little close to the roof and may need to be trimmed back.
