step 1: send pictures
it makes our job a little easier if we know whats broken. be sure to include pictures of the whole structure as well as the broken part.
if you're taking a picture of a small hole, it helps to have something else in the picture for scale
(i.e. a penny, a business card or even a tape measure)
step 2: send playground history
if you have any original installation documentation, that can be very helpful. otherwise, some useful information might include playground manufacturer, approximate year of installation & address of equipment.
